I've heard that they have free/ low cost vets for disabled people to go to, you may want to contact the SSI office, and ask if they know of any. Or look it up. I know in seattle they have a free vet :), although i haven't ever been there.

WHAT? These twits know you need this dog and won't help her when she is clearly sick?

I don't know if the Humane Society or the SPCA can help or not. There might be other resources you can check on as a disabled person. In any case, someone in one of those organizations should be able to give you advice at least.

Good luck, Honey.

You could surrender her to a Rescue that would get her the medical attention she needs, OR..

Look into CareCredit.com and see about a payment plan with them. Make sure your Vet accepts Care Credit.

Otherwise, get a loan from the Bank , or a friend/relative.

GOOD LUCK!

Look into the AAHA fund. Ask different vets until one knows what you are talking about. It's a grant that covers the medical care. also try http://www.uan.org. They may be able to help.

You need to contact a different vet, and see if they can work out a payment plan with you.

Try contacting the place you got your pup from, I'm sure they have some information on what you can do.
