When you think about, Jesus is the reason for everything! We celebrate Christmas because of his birth. So Jesus the reason for the season. Period.

Yes. He hasn't come back because he spends his time personally painting leaves different color in Fall and crafting the design on every snowflake. It's why Christians are so intent on not stopping global warming....with no fall or winter, Jesus will have enough free time to come back!

No. It would have to be his sister, La Nina.
El Nino causes globally warmer conditions than average. It is La Nina that is associated with early and cooler winters.

the three kings (stars on Orions belt) follow the star of the east (Sirius) to the birth of the King (the sun, which rises directly at the point this line of stars points to on the 25th). the King who has died (Dec 21st winter solstice) was dead for 3 days (does not climb higher in the sky for 3 days) and is reborn on the last day (on 25th, the sun rises one degree higher in the sky singling the beginning of longer days)
watch the sky in the east on the morning of the 25th. i GUARANTEE that the stars of orions belt will point through Sirius to the point on the horizon where the sun will rise.
