The dentist keeps saying it will be a difficult extraction and seems like nervours cuz the tooth is scaped and tiny, but can it still be done? & without too many poblems.

Yes - if it is really difficult, they may do an operation to get it out, to reduce the stress for you.

Yes, they can extract it. My dad had a tooth that broke off while extracting and he had to go to a specialist who cut into his gum a bit to get the remaining pieces out. So even if there is a problem, it can be corrected.

yes they can extract, and if the crown is gold, he'll/ she'll trade the gold in to make some more money. Quite a few Dentists I've worked with do that.

I don't see why it should be a problem since they have specific instruments for different extractions. He/She might be worried about upsetting the other teeth.

.Yes he is just talking up the cost. I bet he sucked in a big breath of air before he told you , just like builders and mechanics do
