Wow um lol well the only people that have been right so far are vleigh, spn300 smelly louie and love green. But there's a lot of ways to say it : If you say Que demonios? or que diablos? everyone who speaks spanish will undrstand you. Oh, something you can add are the words ' te traes'= slang way to say what is your problem and "haces" = are you doing? Then not only are you just saying wtf but ur asking a questin. Que chingados te traes like louie said is soooooooo mexican, Coño que haces? is from spain and other countries. Que fregados haces/te traes? is mexican/guatemalan. Another way is Que carajos haces?... sooooo mexican. Or a way very slang-ish to say it without sound so mean is "que onda te traes wey" "whats your problem idiot". Have fun using all these

I believe you're wondering how to say "What the Fu**" ...If so, there is not an exact way of saying it, usually we say something like "que chingado" or like if you mean like what the fu** is that, then you would say "que chingados es eso"...hope it helps..lol

¿Qué coño....?
As in:
¿Qué coño estás haciendo? WTF are you doing?
¿Qué coño te pasó?WTF happened to you?
¿Qué coño pasa aquí?WTF is going on here?
If you come across slang in Spanish that you need to decipher, the opposite of what you are doing now, a really cool site is:
http://www.jergasdehablahispana.org
“¿Qué coño” between quotes gets 149,000 hits on google, It is assosciated with Spain.
“¿Qué chingados" gets 30,100 google hits and it is associated with Mexico
--Native speakers that haven't traveled much and don't have experience with the other hundreds of varieties of Spanish beside their own sometimes tend to consider the way other speakers of other varieties say things as wrong, even if there are millions of people in the world that talk that way.
That being said, if you are speaking to speakers of Mexican Spanish, the two answers below me are probably your best bet.

Que chingados
So if someone does something bad to you, you would say "Que chingados te trais?" - "WTF is wrong with you".
This is truly mexican slang. And you might prepare yourself for a fight. LOL.
