Since there are still people who don't believe in evolution, the answer would have to be yes, because the evidence for it is about as strong as this would be as evidence for God.

It would make a slight difference. Like when Jesus did the miracle of the loaves and fishes, many followed him then to the next stop. They only were looking for another free meal for many of them. (John 6:26-27)

Most today only want their own pleasure here and now.

Even if you proved to me that was indeed a magical skydude who banishes people for the sin of gaining sentience, and knocks up virgins so he can sacrifice his son, you'd have to come up with some pretty convincing reasons why I'd ever want to worship the b****rd.

ok first of all God wouldnt come to eath and it isnt "magical tricks "its power he is the creator and when u create something u have control over it dont u ??? and yes u do but we cant create anything we can only make things create means to make something from nothing wich is exactly wut he did and yes their prob would Jesus did miricles but some jews still didnt velieve he was the Son Of God instead they crucified him

Yes, He was here once and was murdered by his own people whom saw and heard of his miracles. I'll never understand how they could not believe as they saw with thier own eyes. Go figure...
