Depends on what you consider too much love.. If you are feeding people food and giving in to everything your dog wants.. Yes you can kill it with love. If you mean petting and kissing your dog.. then no you cannot kill it with love.

Only if "loving too much" turns into other things.

For example if always giving treats, over feeding, and letting them be a couch potatoe is loving to much, then yes.

But if its kind words, cuddles, love and long walks- then the dog will have a long happy life.

In some ways. I have an Aunt that feels feeding the dog equals love. The dog was SOOO obese and dies from Diabetes and two blown cruciates.
So, love CAN kill.

Its nice to hear how loving you are to animals. im the same with my cat..always giving her attention and little kisses and everything. If I leave the house for even five minutes and then come back she runs to me meowing like she thought I left for good..lol.

Depends on the demonstration of love.Overfeeding pets because you love them will kill them.Giving them chocolate will do the same.Letting them run wild because you love them will kill them too.Hugs, kisses, playing and cuddling up in front of the telly is a good way to love your pet.

Depends on your definition of love. If it is affection, care and playtime..then no. If it consists of no discipline, people food and too many treats..than yes. Glad to hear you love your dog..just be good to him in the right way!

Depends on HOW you love them. If loving them means overfeeding them, giving them wrong foods, not exercising them etc, then yes, a dog can die from too much love.

If it means lots of love, cuddles, spending time with them etc, then no, it won't kill them.

Of course not.

However, if you love your dog so much that you feed him constantly and let him run around in the street, then yes, they can die from it.

well see it depends, spoiling a dog like feeding him too much and certain foods can be toxic or undigestable to dogs, but as for a child they can litterally love a pup or small dog to death. they tend to squeeze them too hard and stuff because it is smal like their stuffed animal.
