Why did God have to "come to be"? I know that the infinite is a difficult concept to grasp but most people miss the fact that for something to be truly infinite it would have to be infinite both forward and backward through time. It has and will always exist. This is hard to understand but science has something similar. According to basic physics we know that matter/energy can never be spontaneously generated from nothingness nor can it ever be completely destroyed. This implies that matter/energy has ALWAYS existed in some form or another and will ALWAYS exist in some form or another. Now if this is true for science then why can it not be true for God???

"God" is an invention from the mind of man (not woman). He came to be in man's imagination as a convenient explanation for things unknown and unexplainable, before the advent of science. Science now supersedes the need for "God" or any gods. But don't tell a believer that. He/she won't believe you.

But that is what 'self-existent' means !
Better than your question, Since for every being you can point to, someone created them, so where's the start ?
Obviously there is a start because you're here.

guy mandatory a potential to describe how issues artwork and attributed them to God(s). As time wore on it replaced into just to high priced to maintain such multiple temples and so the thought there is purely one all amazing God caught on as the thank you to shrink value(s). regrettably, the cost of that concept is previous degree as wars have been fought consistently over the thank you to have faith in Him/Her/It aka God. on the top of the day this is far much less confusing and much less intense priced to be an Atheist or Agnostic.

The how-was-it-created dogma only applies to the enemy, science. Religion is not bound by evidence, and therefore does not have to respond to such questions.

God did not come to be.... it is impossible for people to understand infinity because all of our lives we see begginings and endings.
