Someone tried explaining how to read the binary code once. Didn't take.

Well it wasn't really in base 10 to begin with, it was in the quasi-decimal Greek numerical system. So certainly χξϛ counts as evil.

I have the proper understanding the only evil number is 23.

2/3 = .666
