But they never say anything to me..Guys are always starring at me where ever I go. But not one guy ever makes the attempt to talk to me. I just want to know why do guys do that to me.

If you are a very attractive woman then most men can be intimidated by that. Men will assume "geez, she must be taken". You'll probably have to make the attempt to talk to them.

its common with boys. They feel good for many girls they see, but can not approach them because of fear of rejection. In UAE its more of that. However you have to give lead to someone you feel good about... like a smile and stare back. This would help him a lot. However if you are in UAE, I will be too glad to ask u for --- everything.

They like you, but they are scared to talk to you. At least that's my reason for staring yet no attempt to talk to a girl.
Otherwise they just think you are very pretty.

maybe they are afraid of rejection. im not saying you look like a bad person but rejection hurts. they should go up to you though because regrets hurt even more i think. maybe flirt with them?
