Every time I start my computer I get a warning ATI is not working? Send a error report. I re-installed the ATI radeon 9200se back into my computer. Now when it starts up I get a black screen. So now I am in soft start mode...and I do not dare to sut off this thing untill the probles is corrected. Thanks John ...very frustrated!!!!!!!

Did you re-install the actual graphics card or just the software drivers?
If the card itself, make sure it's seated in the slot properly and locked down? Is the fan on the cpu working? Sorry not sure if the 9200 has a fan or just a heatsink.
I believe with ATI drivers you really need to un-install all the drivers before re-installing them...one reason i don't buy ATI anymore.
If possible I would try and get updated drivers for your card..maybe download from an internet cafe if your display isn't working.
