Of course. If your area is no longer is getting let's say a killing frost, then insects can easily move in that have NEVER been in your area before. A lot of diseases are spread by mosquitoes. Here in Arizona, we are starting to get both Dengue Fever and Chagas disease, both completely new to the area.

No. Bubonic plague, measles, polio, AIDS, et al. were all infectious diseases that spread like wildfire long before "global warming" was ever declared. What spreads these diseases is not climate change, but lack of technology. Investments in research to develop vaccines is what halts the spread of infectious diseases, and cleaners, not recycling and carbon credits.
But I am quite sure "experts" such as Al Gore, a trained journalist and politician and the media would be quick to disagree and stifle any scientists who would agree with me.

If global warming does happen, then yes, some tropical diseases will have expanded ranges as a result.
One interesting thing to note though is that in colonial days, malaria was a common ailment well up the Atlantic seaboard and the Mississippi valley. These days it's unheard of in the continental US, so it would seem a little contradictory to make a hard correlation between climate and disease.

Yes. The Bush Administration suppressed a CDC report that explained all the problems.

Here's the uncensored report. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download) to read it.
