The most effective thing you can do right now is control your breathing. People under stress tend to have short, sharp breaths while relaxed people have calm, deep breaths.
By controlling the breath you can control the mental state.
If the job is that stressful, ask yourself if it's really worth your life... there are always other options if you look for them.
Whenever you notice that you're getting upset, just focus on breathing in calm, deep breaths and you should reduce some of the stress.
good luck :)

Go outside and get some air, do some deep breathing exercises controlled and slowly, close your eyes and think positive thoughts. If you find that after a doing this you still have trouble breathing, go to a doctor and get checked out, you may have asthma brought on by cold weather or allergies to something within your office (burning candles, air freshners, live christmas tree or garland, perfumes, potporri etc this time of year)
Good luck!

ye - you are.

try and not focus on your breathing - as as soon as you do that you stop being able to control it - which gets you more panicked - let your bodies rhythmn takeback over again (it will)

the other things will go shortly after your breathing stablises.

xx
