Do you think that there is something wrong for a guy who is not into touchy feeling holiday crap? I am sort of the same way at times to. It really doensnt bother me whether if he is a gift card giver or not.

It seems silly to me, but I don't see anything WRONG about it.
But it does mean you can't ever expect anything from him -- Christmas, birthday, if you stay together anniversary.
If that's OK with you, then I don't see the problem.

Your bf sounds like a cheap, self serving individual who doesn`t care about anyone but himself. He doesn`t want anyone to give him anything so he doesn`t have to reciprocate.
