My friend is getting a puppy and training it to be a hunting dog. He needs a good short, aggressive name. Any suggestions?

A friend of mine has a chocolate lab named "Hawk" and the dog really responds to his name because it doesn't sound like alot of other words. Also, hawks are hunters with a good eye.
I liked the above answers that said the name "Hershey", that is pretty clever.

Every hunting dog I've ever owned has been named Buck.

You want a short name that's easy to hear from a distance.

If I had a dog, I'd name it Deogee. I have a cat named Ceatee (pronounced like C-80 or C A T).

He's getting a chocolate lab right?

Call it Hershey!

It works for both male or female dogs.

well it all depends on what the dog will hunt..... i have a couple 'hog' dogs with names like bandit, panda, rebel, bo, and jack.... the hard part about a 'hog' dog is they will more than likely be severely injured at one point or another... and it's very easy for them to get lost in the woods and never seen again.. i have never had this happen, but i know a few people that have... for duck dogs scooter, shaw, connie, or my favorite eli.
