have you ever had a person who doesnt give up on trying to fix a relationship....is this normal...its been going on for a couple of months...text every couple of days and phone calls everyonce in a while???do some people just not give up..or will it go away..

For a short time is normal heartbreak behavior (us girls can be guilty of that sometimes, too!). But if this has been going on for a couple of months... wow, I would seriously tell him loud and clear that he needs to stop contacting you, the texting is costing you and you may have to block him if he doesn't stop (just tell him that). With guys like that you almost have to be mean (blunt really), otherwise they think it's normal to keep going after you believing you're going to come running back on that 99th phone message. Uh, harrassment! Yikes, well good luck.
Oh, and make sure you're not giving him mixed signals just by "being nice."

Some people never give up. I broke with my ex a year ago and he still calls and texts me saying that he still wants to be with me, but I just don't want him anymore. Some people are persistent and just don't give up. Maybe he'll eventually stop..and maybe he wont.

yes it took forever for my ex to finally stop trying!! he kept calling and coming back and i would give us another try but it just wasnt there anymore! but the last time it was almost like we both knew it was over! he told me i love you and i always will but i wont try anymore i can keep doing this to you and to myself! so he hasnt! ive seen him a couple of times and he hasnt tried coming up and talking to me like he would before so i think that he finally realized and gave up! he also got himself a new girlfriend so i think that also helped him move on! so just give it time and he will realize or just grow tired! good luck!

They are trying to fix something that they caused. They will not give up until that problem is fixed or unless they know for sure that there is no way you will forgive them.

Eventually he will fade! Hes just holding to hope of something. If you really want him to go away cutoff all contact with he. Obviously he clinging to hope cause you answer his calls or text him back.

it depends,not giving up is tiring if the person keeps rejecting.if u happen to love some1 so much thn y want to give up?but thn again it takes 2 to clap so if keep trying n never get any reaction thn i will give up..
