i would like a full program, not just a trial? anyone have any suggestions. it doesn't have to be a real great program, just one that can let me "soften" images a little? many thansk!

The gimp is about the best you can get for free but it may do more than you need http://www.gimp.org

Well the phote editing program I have is Photoshop CS4, but I guess that won't work either way for you because you say it's too hard and it's pretty darn expensive (but it's one of my most treasured items, lol). Uh, like some said before me, there's always Gimp. I used to use that program a long time ago and it was always free. It's not the best photo editing program, but it is somewhat good and useful and it is free, you just have to go to the site. I don't know any other photo editing programs though. I mean I know Photobucket has that little feature now, but I don't know if that's what you're looking for. Good Luck!

GIMP is very complicated for me. I prefer and recemmend Paint.Net (getpaint.net) it's simple like MS Paint but enough powerful for not professionals

if you had a mac it comes with iphoto that lets you do all that and more for free.
