Oh I feel a testimony coming on today. Hello world. I am
feeling a little bit under the weather this fine winter morn.....
But in rather good spirits though. It is the holiday season,
and we should all be thankful, to see this wonderful time
of year once again. Amen. Now.... From whence I was
a small child I saw many miracles. One being when I was
sick with worms, and asthma. I noticed that the more
people prayed for me, I became well. And I did.
I can still see them standing over me, at the alter.
My pastor, and friends, and family. And I got healed,
from the hands of the enemy. So, to believers or non
believers. Do you have a story of a miracle ? Or what
you deem to be a miraculous event ? Best answer wins. ~~~

There is no such thing as a "miracle". There's a rational explanation for everything....

People normally consider as miracle good things that happen to then for which they can not account as normal events or for which a "natural explanation" can not be found at the moment.
Some seven years ago I was diagnosed for some kind of cancer. My blood cell were deformed and much below normal in cell count in in cell volume. My weight went down rapidly. Many people prayed for me. In six months after diagnoses my body weight and blood chemistry slowly improved. Within the year I was back to normal. Miracle? Maybe. But during the "healing" period abandoned by strict anti-cholesterol diet which I have been observing the last five years (no meat, no milk, no salt). Now I maintain my health by observing normal diet and just having anti-cholesterol pills.
Indeed statin pills as some claim, is a miracle drug. BTW, I believe God work miracles through human agencies.
Was the experience a miracle or simply misdiagnosis? MisDiagnosis.com reports medical misdiagnosis to run as high as 42% in some cases. I don't care which. I got seven more years and perhaps will be getting some more too!

Everyday I look at my daughter I believe. Before I got pregnant with Destiny I had 2 miscarrieges before her. I was bleeding heavily so heavy I filled my car seat up with blood. and then my mother put a bible and faced all these statues towards me and I was walking thinking I was going to miscarry. I was told that if you take a bath it'll speed up the miscarriege because everytime Id bleed Id miscarry, within 2 days the bleeding stopped. Now I have a healthy 19 month old daughter and everyday I look at her I always know in my heart she is a miracle.

I feel that miracles can happen. in fact many have happened to me. My grandma was very sick like she was in a coma and she had a feeding tube and a resperator and it was so sad. Then one day my cousin was born and my grandma became a great grandmother and my mom went to the hospital to see my cousin and the same time my cousin was born my grandma woke up from her coma. That was very thankful but sooner or later she was in a nursing home. Let's just say she was at about 15 nursing home and 6 hospitals. But soon came the day when she was aloud to come home and she was still on the feeding tube but not on the resperator. So my aunt was in full control over her but of course my mom helped a lot too. She was in a wheel chair and then she started walking a little. and of course having a knee replacement in both of her knees didn't help. Well any way after that it was my first day of middle school and we were going out to eat and we had gotten her a special van that had a chair where it would go to the ground. and she was getting into that then she fell out trying to get the foot stool down. She fell on both of her knees making it that she broke both of her legs. She then had to go back to the hospital then she had to go to a nursing home then about 5 months she was back home and my aunt is in control again. So i do believe in miracles at that. It is a real miracle that my grandma is alive!

Yes, I believe God is as powerful today as He was when He created all things of the physical world. God can use His power to do anything He desires.
As far as prayer being a miracle, that I do not believe. Prayer helps in our lives, but not as a miracle. By prayer, God guides us and can guide physicians in the things they do. Miracles are instantaneous. They do not let you slowly get better because the miracle would heal everything like when Jesus healed and the people would jump up and dance around like they had been walking, etc. all their lives.

You were cured of 'worms' by praying?........LOL
I guess a miracle would vary by definition. If I thought, "I wish it would rain, we need some rain", and then it did rain that day, is that a miracle? I'd say not, merely a coincidence. You'd have just as much success using a wishing well as you would 'praying' for something.

I was drowning one time and the current kept on pulling me under the water yet I kept on fighting. I felt panicky and called out "grandpa". My Grandpa is dead. My Grandfather had 15 children and the eldest an athlete died drowning. I to am the eldest and for some reason as I was drowning I called to my grandpa. But I kept on getting pulled under the water as I gulped for air as the current let me come back up to the surface. As i came back to the surface I shouted "JESUS" and got dragged under again. As I resurfaced I shouted "JESUS" again. I then again was dragged under the water. On the third occasion after surfacing I shouted "JESUS". After this I felt calm and accepted the fact I could die. As I relaxed a bit all of a sudden I came out of the strong current and was pulled by another cross current into safer waters. I started breathing really heavy and got my breath back. I got a real sense that my life had purpose! Moreover I got a sense I should not be so crazy and rash. I got sense God had a plan for my life.

Yep,was in India earlier this year and wanted to change guest house as wasn't happy.I REALLY wasn't looking forward to arguing with the rickshaw drivers over the price with all my luggage so I done a prayer the night before.Got up in morning, first driver I stopped didn't know way so stopped next one, asked how much and he PUT THE METER ON and insisted on it so just for the honesty tried to tip him and he GAVE IT BACK!
If you've ever been there you'll know what I mean. What's more was in Bangalore which is the worst area for rickshaw rip offs.Been in India for a year in total and this has never ever happened.Kept looking in the car mirror making sure he wasn't some angel or something!I was in shock for a week!

Sure do :
I have recovered from a seemingly hopeless state of mind, body, and spirit after being addicted to drugs for 17 years, through the Grace of my higher power
Today, I have over 4 years clean and sober, and not even the desire to use again.
That's a miracle in my book..
