The volume of my ps3 is extremely low and I have to turn up the TV volume to it's maximum to barely hear. I use the red, white, and yellow cords to connect to the ps3. Is there a solution for this.

Yes, I know exact what you need to do. I was having the same problem when playing DVD's because there would be some scenes where I had to turn the T.V. volume all the up just to hear people talking and turn it back down again when they stopped talking.

Anyways, whenever you are playing a DVD press Triangle and then a menu will pop up. Then go to Volume Control and click on it. Then you just press the directional buttons backward or forward to increase or decrease the system volume.

Make sure it's connected properly, all the wires especially the one connected to the Ps3.
If that doesn't work, try connecting your Ps3 to another Tv, if you still encounter the same problem.. It could be either the Yellow & White & Red cords or your Ps3.

Here are your soultions:
- Try taking the AV adapter and connecting it to another Ps3 your friend/relative owns.
- Try taking your Ps3 and AV adapter to a gamestore and tell them your problem and they might give you another AV adapter or fix your Ps3.

It might be your AV adapter.
