I don't know what kind of dog it is but 11 is quite old for a dog. Most probably she ate or drank something which causes her to vomit. I usualy give my dog lots of milk to drink which helps. I will in any case strongly recommend that you contact your vet. Good luck

Down to the vet for testing. Also keep an eye on her diet these next few days. She might need some special food. Here is a web site (commercial) that advertises help for your vet questions: http://pet.justanswer.com/veterinary
I have no affilaition or receive no compensation from the web site. Neither do I endorse it, nor am I even familiar with it. It could be a resource. Also take a look at your attitude. It's quite defeatist, so work on that too.

Anytime a dog especially an older dog will not get up they should see a vet. If this is something new for her to do it may be a sign that she is ready to pass over or she may have some kind of intestinal infection that can be treated-you won't know for sure unless she sees the vet.

Yeah you should bring her out from the cold, but who knows if she is going to die. Just cause she threw up. She could have eaten something that didn't agree with her. Bring her to the vet if she doesn't improve.

Take her to the vet. No matter whether it's a small virus or she's fatally ill only your vet can decide that.. you need to get off of here and take her ASAP!!

Could be as simple as something she ate, or it could be a bowel obstruction or a twisted stomach that would require surgery. No way to tell without an examination. Take her to the vet immediately.

How is she now? Is she eating OK? Is she moving about? Has she thrown up again? If you are worried about her it's a good idea to take her to the vet.

She may just have a little virus. But I would take her to the vet, just to see if she may need some antibotics.
It would prob make you feel better too!
