Apply in a company in Israel since aliens are welcomed thereat. When accepted, request the company to send the contract of employment and use this to apply for a working visa at the Israeli Embassy.

You can live and work in Israel whatever your religion. 30% of Israeli citizens are not Jewish - it is a secular democracy.

Get in touch with the Israeli embassy in whichever country you live in, and they will advise you.
