Tell your friend to grow up and do his part.
All of the benefits you get by living in our society and such a minor issue as jury duty is too much for you.
Tell him that he would be best off leaving the country and moving to a place that does not have jury trials.

Medical reason is the most valid excuse not to attend a duty jury. Other than that might get a penalty for contempt of court.

Jury duty is a civic duty - it is a way for citizens to participate in our judicial system and have a voice in the way our government is run. Honestly, your friend is lazy and unappreciative for wanting to duck out of jury duty. He enjoys the rights and privilages of being an American citizen - if he wants to skip jury duty, he should also forgo his rights (Bill of Rights), US military protection, and so on. It's only fair.

He needs to attend and if the lawyers bring him up for questions during jury selection, he simply needs to say "If the police caught him, he must be guilty." Or "I am a proud member of the National Rifle Association." Either of these should get him excused pretty quickly,

once you're a registered voter, faster or later you would be referred to as yet that does no longer propose you will serve. thousands of people would be referred to as each and every week yet no longer all would be chosen for multiple motives. And while human beings say to lie and act like some racist jerk, that isn't inevitably artwork to get you out. the two factors are looking for for malable human beings, human beings they might sway one way or the different. so which you're able to flow in sturdy on your convictions, somebody unwavering in what they suspect. And clever, they do unlike clever human beings. So the smarter you return off the plenty extra possibly you would be excused.

He could stick up a liquor store and then go to jail for a few years, which would make him ineligible.
He could shoot himself in the head, and have his body relocated to the cemetary.
He could leave the country and go live in Iran if they'll have him ... he probably have to change his religion.
