that's what someone said but i drink low fat milk a lot & it doesn't seem to effect me like that.

also, what are other foods that do that to you?
& what foods are GOOD for your skin?

Hmmm - never heard that one before!
Looked it up - all the acne sitessay there is no PROVEN connection between foods and breakouts.
If you notice that some food causes problems, don't eat it.
A healthy diet, lots [ 1/2 gallon ] of water daily, and vitamins with minerals should provide basics for healthy skin.
'meat makes you grow;
milk makes you strong,
but fruits and vegetables make you beautiful!'
Told my children this since they were tiny - both have great skin! [ now ages 18 and 23 ].
