to employ the use of mythical creatures like "unicorn" for wild ox, "satyr" for "wild goat", "cockatrice" for common viper, when today we know what the real name of these creatures is?

The original Hebrew was inspired by the Almighty. Translations are subject to the minds of the translators.

Translations are not inspired, or else there wouldn't be so many of them. The KJV is one of the most pitiful examples of translating Hebrew into English.

Why would someone accuse the Holy Spirit of misguiding? God just wanted to make things clear for us to understand. Some people still have a hrd time understanding it.

Translators are not guided by the S Sp but by their linguistic,cultural and historical knowledge as well as their sources( which texts available or chosen0
