I understand that 99.992% of people are misguided in their interpretation. As if he is a person, or a thing ... when in reality the only reason "he" is omnipresent or all-knowing is simply because "he" is an ideal in us all. We are that infinate beast, we are the "devil" and the "god". It was written clearly enough at the time (if of course with the stories applicable to those times), but became something it wasnt ... actually becoming that in which it cast distain ... A god to be worshipped, rather than an ideal within us all to be remembered and acted upon.

God is a peace, a quiet understanding of the world, a release from the hell of constant hunger, desire and need, a silent sigh that fills the entire being with an elated awakening and power. Then God is that power relinquished to absolve us of responsibility.

God is Freedom in the bonds of the ultimate universal power. Blessed are those who have found and are free. Accursed the lot of those who have lost faith. Existence the life without knowledge of the spirit contained and lying latent within us all. Unfortuately, much lies latent within many people, and at times in the quest for the absolute truth that is God, man finds himself lost in a maze of untruths, blasphemies, and the vitriol of the disillusioned and damned.

This reticent God does not like to force himself on people. He wishes to be sought for his own sake, not for the sake of the signs he can do, and therefore does not reveal Himself . He wants to be sought and found; he does not want to impose himself on those who are not interested, much less on those who reject Him. This shows us how truely wise and great God is.”

a political tool(not so much now adays) used to gain control over countries, communities, and individuals.
by creating a figure of worship rules that suit the 'governing' bodies beliefs can be implimented and basically toy with those too deranged to see that most of what they are being tolded is to control them and keep them 'conforming'
