I want to sneak a baby from this woman. She is really fine. I will have to sneak to have the baby with her because I have a girlfriend and I don't want to get in trouble and lose my girlfriend. How can I sneak the baby from this woman without my girlfriend finding out? The woman has already said that I can sneak a baby with her if I want to.

what exactly do you mean "sneak a baby from this woman" this isn't something that you can hid. a baby is a life changing experience and will be around forever. there is no way to hid something like this from your current girlfriend without her being REALLY mad when she does find out. my opinion is the is an EXTREMELY BAD IDEA, if you want to have a baby with another woman, atleast have the decency to leave your current girlfriend.

Why don't you to want to have a kid with your girlfriend? I guess you don't want to date damaged goods right. Physically a baby can change a woman's body. Between the bloating and the stretch marks not to mention the possibility of a c-section you have be impressed with the durability of a woman's body, but it can take a toll on her body. That is why I think you want to do this selfish act. You want the baby and the hot girlfriend. Will you ever truly love either. I doubt it.

But how are you going to explain to your current gf why you're gone every tuesday night for PTA meetings at the kids school, or his little league practice on wednesday and friday? Oh, you're not planning to be a good father?

If you want to sneak and have a baby, then you do it the usual way I expect.
However, I think you should discuss it with your girlfriend and quite probably break up with her in the first instance.

By going into the doctor, and asking him to perfrom a little "procedure" called CASTRATION - you've probably heard it called "Neutering" before...
Do the world a favour and DON'T bring another unwanted child into it - or just have a baby with your GIRLFRIEND!!!
That - or just dump your girlfriend, and start dating THIS woman... You CAN'T have it both ways - if you even TRY, you'll be stuck raising the kid with NONE of these women's help...
