Dinah has a neutral femmine presence,all our sisters in the tribes are assigned to her tribe.

There is no tribe of Levi. The descendants of Levi were tasked with being the priests to the Israelites.
There was no tribe of Joseph. His two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim, became the patriarchical heads of two tribes (replacing Joeseph and Levi).

Simeon
Levi
Naftali
Issachar
Asher
Dan
Zebulun
Gad
Judah
Benjamin
Ephraim and
Manasseh
The reason people say 12 tribes is because the tribe of Levi had no portion in the land as they all served in the Temple.

I believe the tribes are named after the sons of Jacob + two of Joseph's sons. Don't ask me to name them all though.
