The overseas job offers without even an interview are fairly common scams. They'll most likely be asking you for money for various fees for paperwork and immigration if you accept. Just delete the email, it's not a legit offer.

Red flag #1: It's written in poor English, as if by an immigrant or more likely someone in a different country. Yet, the signed name is distinctly English. Red flag #2: Obviously inflated pay. There's no reason a personal assistant would earn that much, so it seems like a tactic to draw people in. Red flag #3: This is the big one. No legitimate employer would ever ask for your SIN over email. The SIN is required for real jobs, but it is given on an actual application form or directly to the manager since it's such sensitive information. Similarly, this employer should not have any need for your passport. So yes, this is very clearly a scam. Fake passports (copied from real ones) are valuable on the black market, and asking for SINs over email is just identity theft waiting to happen.

I'd have to say it's pretty unusual to offer a job to someone they have not met in person. Who made the job offer? Do you have it in writing? Is there a salary offer in writing? Is there a phone number you can call where someone actually answers the phone and not tells you "they will call you back"
If it feels like a scam - it usually is.

Its a known fact that arab countries are notorius for luring young women to "work" there only to enslave them. They will sieze your passport the first chance you get and women of course have no rights so you wont be able to do anything about it.

If you don't know Global Recruiters it could very well be a scam.

A few months, I answer a young woman who got a job from the same place. I wouldn't do it.

I'd look further into it before comitting to anything! Sounds a bit shady.
Pesonally, I would say don't ever do it.
