It is a phrase used by Jesus in his discussion with Nicodemus, it is documented in John Chapter 3.

Thanks for noting, Peter:
Your question is very important because no-one can enter the kingdom who possesses the spirit of the world, which is the spirit of Antichrist.
Three times: John 3:3 -- John 3:7 -- and
1 Peter 1:23
"Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever."
And just as important is God's last-day Bible code that identifies Antichrist. See www.abiblecode.com Read all five chapters and learn more about the code.
Shalom, peace in Jesus, Ben Yeshua

I count 16 in the "New Testament". I see Marriage as a more common analogy,, but each yields its insights.

I don't beleive that that specific phrase is actually mentioned in the Bible.
Oh wait - there may be one verse - Unless ye be born again, ye shall not be saved?
Men have been re-writing the bible to say anything they want it to say.

I don't think it's mentioned at all in the Bible! People made it up for themselves years later.
