No, you WON'T be able to have children after a 'sex change'.

After surgery you will be completely sterile; you will have NO gonads.
If you're a transsexual man, your uterus and ovaries will be removed completely; they will, by that time, be useless anyway, since the testosterone you will have been taking will have rendered your ovaries inactive.
If you're a transsexual woman, your testicles, and almost all of your penis, will be removed; again, your testicles will have been rendered sterile (and your penis impotent) by the oestrogen you will have been taking.

Post-op transsexual people are permanently, irreversibly sterile; if you haven't had children beforehand, you won't ever have any.
You could consider sperm or egg banking, if that's available to you; otherwise, your only choice is adoption.

Nope. Part of the sex change is removing your tackle, so you can't father kids. And you never had ovaries to begin with, so you won't be able to bear kids, either. If you really want to do both, have some of your wigglers frozen now, and find a surrogate host mother.

No, of course not. Not naturally. You will not be able to father children or bear children. Neither would a woman who wanted to do the same.

Are you sure you understand what happens during a sex change operation?

What about freezing some of your sperm before the operation? You'll need to discuss this, among other issues, with your doctor / surgeon beforehand, but I would definitely consider freezing sperm for later because the answer is "probably not".

You sound like you have a lot of thinking to do (and money to save) because these kinds of surgeries are costly and irreversible, but I wish you luck.

Only if you freeze your sperm for later on to donate to a female partner. They don't give you a uterus and ovaries during a sex change. But that would make you the biological father and mother(?) to your own child. Try explaining that to a child.

like give sperm or actually birth a child? I'd say not...you can't have kids if you have your man parts taken off, and no you can't bear a child as you will have no female parts to produce an egg nor a uterus to hold the baby.

No... you kind of need a uterus and ovum and all that jazz to get pregnant. I'm pretty sure that modern science hasn't figured out how to replicate that yet.

it being a personal choice, i on the other hand believe you should always be honost about everything when in a committed relationship. there is no reason to hide anything. if the other doesnt or will not except it then they did not truelly love you

no, because they reconstruct your outer organs, but you won't have a uterus or ovaries.
