*Sometimes life works out that way, and you really don't have a choice other than to let someone go who you really care about.*

I think that depending on the situation and what not, then sometimes it can be for the best that you go your separate ways. At least for the time being, and in due time if you two find yourselves coming together again...then that's great.

~Although I do have to say, I would not restrict your life and emotions all on one person. Because What IF you two go different directions one day for whatever reasons, then what will you be left with? Besides a broken heart and a confused frame of mind, it's always good to be true to who you "love" but spare your own feelings and keep your options open in case of "emergency."

You can never "let yourself" love someone because its not your choice. It'll happen either with one look where you know that anything that other person will say to you will be beautiful & magical or it could already have happened & the best friend whom you've always trusted is the one you begin to look at differently. Allow yourself to get hurt & then heal. It'll not be a reminder of your innocence but your bravery to surrender to them. If you had money, you would spend it. We all have a heart so spend some of that love on yourself too. The real person worthy of it is always you.

Thats a very tough question to answer... But, I guess if I really had to, then I would... Altho, I would fight hammer and nail for them but in the end, if I couldnt keep a hold of them.. I would let them go..

They say, if you truely love someone, let them go.. if they come back it means they are yours forever!

Never but there are many circumstances that are out of your control. For exampel, if that person wishes to leave you will you be patient to be with him/her? You should free him/her if you truly love him/her. To love someone is to sacrifice and to see them happy even it makes you hurt.

I had to before because we were too bad for eachother...If we had continued we would have destroyed eachothers lives....It was hard because every fibre of me wanted to be with him but we both can see how we are better off now. Maybe in ten years time we will both have changed enough to be together

If you loved them and they decided that they didnt love you anymore...you have to let them go..my ex loved me we were together for 23 years.. but unfortunately he forgot to tell or show me anymore that he loved me or cared about me. So when I called it quits he suddenly realised how much he loved me.. but it was too late.. that love doesnt usually return. I had loved him since I was 19

Only if they demanded they be let go. I would keep her in my memories, but would not stop her from leaving if she decided that was what she wanted.
