If you are taking anti-psychotic meds I assume you have been hallucinating or something. If you have been out of work for a long period your panic attacks may be because you fear employers will hold that and your mental condition against you.

It is not an unwarranted fear and if you are not working probably can not afford a counselor. For a self help start try typing "improving self-esteem" and "self-confidence building" into Yahoo web search.for links advising how to improve on your own and where to get help.

Good luck with your meds, good mental health, peace and Love!

I just want to say I feel for you and you need to ask your doctor these questions...I know YA may have good advice, but the doctor is who knows best.
But for sure it sounds like anxiety attacks and some type of nervous disorder.
