i am a corse on ict whitch i'm on level 2 right , i got this thing for a girl on level 3 (as in i like her) but there's this girl on level 1 who likes me and i dont no what to do

go for the girl that you like. just because the other girl likes you doen't mean you should be with her.

follow your heart if you really like this girl in level 3 then talk to her, just make sure to be friends with the girl in level 1 and let her down gently

I have absolutely no idea - your question made hardly any sense! Anyway, from what I grasped of it, sounds like you go to the yr 3 girl, ask her out, if she says no, go with the yr 1 chick.
