Write the correct name on the application of the renewal of your passport so that the new passport will have the correct name already.

Every country has its own rules and regulations. The simplest way is to write the correct spelling of your name when you apply for your passport renewal. Whereas normally the process is that you give an Add in the newspaper of the "Changing of your Name" and also make an Affidavit. Then you take both of these documents to the Passport Office while applying for a new passport.
