I really love cheeses. I prefer light cheeses to the darker colored ones. I went to the Tillamook cheese factory (in Oregon) and they gave out a bunch of samples. I recommend anyone in the area who loves cheese go for it! It's great.

I love cheese. I can't pick one favorite. I love blue cheese, provolone, sharp cheddar, meunster. oh I could go on and on, lol

meat & cheese sandwich - Swiss
if I want cheese on my taco - any kind of chedder
Cheese quesedilla - any kind of spicy cheese
