she just want to know whats going on with ur life anyway u've been part of her life..nothings wrong except u hold grudges with her.

Could be just to remain friends and see how you're doing.
Could be that she's feeling insecure and wants someone familiar to turn to.
Could be that she's changed a lot as a person and perhaps wants to spend some time seeing if it's worthwhile the two of you getting closer again.
Could be a matter of 'You don't know what you've got until it's gone'
She could just remember that you two had a lot of good times and wants to catch up as friends.
There's lots of possibilities.

if she hasn't made contact before hand then it could be that she wants u back because u were the love of her life and she now realizes that. Or it could be that she wants to now after all that time to become friends.
