Are you sure it's just an infection? Are you sure those are just pimples from the infection? You may have genital warts which can appear in the form of pimples. Usually with genital warts, you do experience yeast infection type symptoms ( burning, itching, increased discharge, etc). If it is just a vaginal infection, I'd get to the doctor so they can prescribe you the medicine for it, to clear it up.

You most probably have Genital Herpes as you won't get pimples there. You need immediate examination and oral drugs and ointments for application either with a skin/STD specialist or OB&G. If Herpes they prescribe Acyclovir to be taken five times a day for atleast two weeks and ointment containing the same for external application. You are also likely to have mixed fungal/bacteral/viral infections and you also undergo a battery of investigations and get early treatment.Nothing to worry ,you have very good drugs for all of them.

Sounds like a bartholin's gland cyst. These secrete a fluid through ducts that can become clogged. Apply a warm compress and have vigorous intercourse to clear it up.
