Put a Elephant on one end of a Seesaw, place the Albert Hall on Jacks over the other end. Rig a Japanese bullet train to crash into the Jacks, and let the building fall. Work out the impact area of the Elephant and while it's still falling crush the can in your hand..

Put a can on a ground.
Stare at the can for 10 minutes.
Use your mentality or physcho power to make it bend and twist.
That's how they do in in Pokemon when I was young. =)
Heck, just put the can standing on the ground.
Empty the content.
Jump and step on it!
