I don't know what your prayers are, but I do know the Bible tells us God will give us our needs. It also says anything we ask in Jesus' name God will give us. Here is the problem with this, there is a hugh misconception of what is meant by, " In Jesus name." You see in the Bible days, and the Hebrew society, when you said in someone's name, you meant in agreement with their will, so God will give you anything Jesus would ask for. This does away with prosperity preaching, or asking for ," Things " in prayer. Some preachers would have you believe that God is like a genie just waiting to grant your every wish. This is not true. So if your prayers are truly not being answered, take a look at what you are asking for.

God be with you,
William, a bond-servant of Jesus

Some times people ask God for something that they can accomplish themselves through honest living and hard work. God will provide the opportunities and the bricks. You however have to do the work. That is why God says " if a man won't work then don't feed him. The other reason is that you may not be ready yet. and He will not give you things or grant prayers that are not good for you physically or spiritually.

God answers all prayers in his time and his style. not everything we ask do we get the way we want. God knows every thing and so give to us only what we will need at any given time . and because he is the timer he know what, when where and the how of your request. the answer to your prayer is going to meet you and you will know that its from him. God has a pro gramme for every one and he runs it alone.yours is to pray he decides .

Look, at least some are already answered, maybe you just have to wait a little more , they may have been answered yet you do not realize, like when I lost my key and prayed and then discovered it under a bunch of papers that I was just going to lift.

As far as I understand prayer, they are not like a warrenty on your car. They are a HUMBLE request to your deity for help or blessings.
What have you done to deserve the favor?
Go study the concept of karma ( you can google the word) and reflect on it.

The Religious Answer: God can only give you the opportunity to accomplish what you pray for, God won't just hand it to you. Its like that story where the man prays to win the lottery all his life and never wins any, why? Because that man did not buy any lottery tickets.

The Non-Religious Answer: There is no God. So instead of praying to God to make something happen, make it happen yourself.

It may not be the time to reveal the answers yet. Sometimes, no answer is already an answer as it is not God's will. Open you mind and heart and ask God to grant you wisdom. You may find the answers from your life experience. We may think certain things are good for us when they may destroy us instead. Therefore, we need to learn to listen to His voice...

Perhaps the answer was "no" and you are refusing to accept that. Let's remember to that things are done in "God's" time not necessarily on our schedule. Keep praying, maybe for patience (ha, ha,) your answers will come.
