If you have a local homebrew shop, that would be your best bet. If not, (and assuming you are in the Philippines) you could try online. Check out http://www.midwestsupplies.com or http://www.northernbrewer.com to see if they could ship you a couple packets of dry wine yeast and campden tablets. You will probably want to use something like Red Star Cote de Blancs yeast for a pineapple wine.

I am not familiar with pine apples but I have made a cucumber wine. I used honey as the chief fermentable and used three pounds of pureed cucumber in the secondary fermeneter. If you can't get campden tablets, you can use potassium metabisulphate (it's campden tablets in powder form). For the yeast, I recommend Lalvin D-47. It's a dry wine yeast that ferments honey very well and leaves a little sweetness behind.

You can order what you need through http://www.maltose.com.
