Rob F, whatever you flaunt, intelligence have nothing to do with being brainwashed, do you know that? anyway, you reacted like a brainwashed person, so of course your mind has been jaded by your emotions. think first before you speak.

Yeah, I could give a rat's @SS what some loons online think of me.

You are brainwashed if you think that some frivolous overused assumptions is going to make me deny God.

You're absolutely right. The bible instructs us to pray, read and fellowship with other belivers on a continual basis in order to keep our faith strong. As a matter of fact, the bible tells us to start at a young age to read and tell stories of our faith and about God to our children so they will also believe.
Having said that however, everyone is brainwashed to beliwve something. I'm sure you have eaten McDonald's more than once and think it's good. But if you think about it Micket D's isn't that great. But we know their commercials do a number on our kids so that by the time their two years old they know exactly what those golden arches have for them.
So really the issueisn't about whether we're brainwashed or not; the issue is how and by Whom we're brain washed.

People are just ignorant, there are many reasons for a person to look for spirituality. How do you know yourself if you're not brainwashed?

Are you one of those people who agree because everyone else says so?

Are you one of those people who can only rely on one's beliefs?

Are you one of those people who are too scared to even ask the same question?

Who really is correct?

Do you think you're correct because you have tangible evidence?

Does that tangible evidence prove the anything?

Just becuase you prove something does it add up to the big picture?

Is science originated from philosophy or philosophy originated to science. and yes there is a logic to it.

This can go on forever if you have a problem, go take it up with someone who knows more than you do. Preferably someone who knows all the point of views. I hate WOW and love FFXI, got a problem with it?

Bottom line all this is just in someone's lame point of view.

Do you really want to hear what a brainwashed person has to say?

That's a little freaky - I'd avoid talking to a schizophrenic or some other mentally disturbed person.

But, by all means, if you're curious you can try and ask exactly what you want answered.

Otherwise - you might get infected and become of us.

One of us...
One of us...
One of us...

Yes,

One of us...

That I have a BOA in French and a minor in Mathematics from a university and that I can think for myself. One of the requirements for obtaining my Bachelors in French was that I had to read a lot of philosophy from people like Voltaire, Pascal, Montesquieu, Descartes, etc.
I Subject MYSELF to my Religion. I am the one that allows myself to believe what i want. Not the other way around.

The tone of your question does not indicate that you care to know - rather that you are looking to incite.
