we're in our 20th. We've been together for 4 months. Everything is fine, but I dont have much attention from him, and because of it, I feel a need to have attention from other guys. I know he doesnt cheat on me. He sits home reading a book, or sleeping, or dong something else, but he wouldnt call me and ask to go somewhere. I told him that there is a problem, but he says he is lazy...and he will try to change it...but no changes. If he gave me more attention, I would stay with him for sure. I dont really want to break up with him cuz he is a decent guy, but I'm often not happy because he doesnt say that I'm the best for him, that he loves me, or simply doesnt ask we out as often as I want. Finally, he always says Yes if I ask if to go or to do something....What do u think? What should I do to get his attention? Or maybe I should reduce my wants? Thanx a lot!

I think you should find a way to get it across that you need more attencion. When he's reading a book just sit next to him and start talking.

if yer not both 100 percent into it, its not workin. I am betting he is not happy and it sucks to hear, but now u can move on and find someone better for you. I would ask him, are you happy ? and if not do you want to break up? tell the truth! bcuz its only gonna make u miserable, and it happens, people grow apart sometimes, i just got outa the same situation, and we just grew apart. so we ended it, and i was happy when it was over, and i know it hurt her, but better to be honest than stay miserable

Ask him why he ignores you so much, call him frequently, hide his books, wake him up while he is sleeping.
Or just go commando in a skirt the next time you see him.
If that doesn't get his attention, time for a new boyfriend (he may be gay).

I think you should leave him and take my number with you. Just kidding... some guys never liked to go out because of some things like money, time, effort(means his lazy if it was this thing making him not do something), or Love. when your inlove with somebody you think of going with them is fun and stuff like that do things with each other. you should try to look for something like his hobby and get to it make his hobby your hobby maybe you'll get along easy if you do so.

you should never reduce what you want to make a man happy... that will only make you unhappy in the end. I think you should talk to him and tell him what you want. if he doesnt listen and doesnt change he never will. you cant change anyone no matter how hard you try. you will either push him away or make yourself miserable...

You have to just sit him down and tell him exactly what you wrote here.
Tell him that you love him, but if things don't change you have to leave because this relationship isn't fulfilling to you. It's hard but it's for the best

I guess you will have to assume that everything will be fine and stop whining about these things. Let us always remember that sometimes we just have to stop pushing ourselves to love or be loved by someone. Sometimes we just have to be alone to be able to think about what we really want in life, or who will really make us happy. Just hang out with your friends and ask his permission first if he wants to, if not, ask him to go out with you and have some fun somewhere. To that, he will get your message.....who knows??????????? .

Girl!!! Find someone else. You see the response he gave you when you tried to work the issue out. He obviously dont care how you feel so find someone who does.

As a relationship matures, you will need to learn to be less demanding and needy. That is true for all relationships, so its best to get used to it now. Looking for more attention from others will lead to desperation and loneliness.
