No, of course not. He has a separate tomb. What you thought, Muslims worship Muhammad? At least, you would have known a little better than this.
Anyway, just coz you asked, right next to Prophet Muhammad's tomb there's a reserved tomb for Jesus Christ which Muslims believe didn't die on the cross and currently resides in Heaven and will return near the Day of Judgment. He will return, defeat the anti-Christ and eventually die of natural causes after some time like every other man.
edit: Sorry "NO" - accidentally gave you a thumbs down.

No it is not true.Muhammad pbuh is not burried under the Kaaba. There is no grave under the Kaaba.in the center of Mesjiddil Haram (the biggest mosque in the world) in Mecca.Muhammad pbuh died 63 year old in Medinaa it is about 500 km north from Mecca..He was burried in his house beside the mosque called Mesjid Nabawi (the second largest mosque)which has been built by him and his followers. But after the Mesjid Nabawi have been made bigger and bigger now his tomb is in the mesjid Nabawi. near Raudah the front part of Mesjid Nabawi..I have seen it because I have visited it several times.Besides Muhammad pbuh are burried there also his close friends Abu Bakar Siddiq and Umar bin Khattab. The last 2 names besides his close friends, were also his fathers in law because their daughters were married to Muhammad pbuh...Islam prohibites its followers to worship to his prophet and its close friends,so their tombs are sorrounded by thick iron fence and thick wall..Muslims are not allowed to worship the prophet because we should praise only to Allah the only one God.Muhammad pbuh is not allowed to be statued and be painted for avoiding the individual praise.

Heard? You narrow minded brain must be thinking Muslims worship Mohammad, don't you?
All Muslims know that Mohammad (saas) was buried in Masjidul Nabawi in Medina (next to him was Saiyidina Abu Bakr and Saiyidina Umar. Muslims performing umra and hajj will visit their tombs as witnessing the truth on the existence of the Prophet and his message.

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful Muhammad is but a messenger, messengers (the like of whom) have passed away before him. Will it be that, when he dies or is slain, you will turn back on your heels? He who turns back does no hurt to Allah, and Allah will reward the thankful.
No soul can ever die except by Allah’s permission and at a term appointed. Whoso desires the reward of the world, We bestow on him thereof; and whosoever desires the reward of the Hereafter, We bestow on him thereof We shall reward the thankful. The Holy Qur’an,Chapter 3,Verse 144-45
After this the people pledged their loyalty to Abu Bakr, whom the Prophet (pbuh) had chosen to lead the prayer. Abu Bakr accepted and concluded what he had to say with these words: 'Obey me so long as I obey Allah and His Messenger. But if I disobey Allah and His Messenger, you owe me no obedience. Arise for your prayer, Allah have mercy upon you!' The people rose and asked him: 'Where will the Prophet (pbuh) be buried?' Abu Bakr remembered that the Prophet (pbuh) had said, 'No Prophet dies who is not buried on the spot where he died. ' And so the Prophet (pbuh) was buried in a grave dug in the floor of 'A'ishah's room, in the house next to the mosque. The spot became known as the Haram al-Nabawi and Muslims from all over the world go there to pray and to give their blessings and greetings of peace to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
And Lo! thine verily will be a reward unfailing. And Lo! thou art of a tremendous nature. The Holy Qur’an,Chapter 68,Verse 3-4
