im 15 and i want to get my nose pierced(cant spell lol) anyways i have a slight (tiny) bump on my nose and i was wondering if it would make my nose look bigger or if it wouldnt look n e differnt also i want to get the top of my ear repierced can i do that all in one shot or would i have to wait thnks so much for all of ur answers

It won't make your nose look bigger, but it will draw more attention to your nose. If you don't love your nose, and don't want people looking at it, it's not a good target for a piercing.
And you can get two piercings done at the same time--sillly question! I got both nipples done the same day, and I also got two cartilage piercing right next do each other done right in a row.

you dont exactly have to wait to get the ear one and i got a bump too and got a nose ring it still looks fine go for it

I wouldn't risk getting an infection from piercings. But, it's your choice.
It would make your nose look bigger slightly, i guess.
