so my girls birthday is coming up and i cant think of any thing to get her. she has done alot for me since we got together(e.g. get me a job, gave me a suprise birthday party,etc.) so i want to get her something special. im thinkin of things but i dont know what to get. she means a lot to me we been through alot so i want to get her that certain something that expresses my feelings. it doesnt have to be a gift it could be a act whatever as long as i get that reaction that makes her melt. thanks for your help.

hive her a night if you know what i mean or pop her the big question that would be awesome. Or if you are not ready then get her a nice ring or necklace so she knows how you feel.

try to think what you heard her saying she wants "but cant afford it right now", or just doesn't wanna spend the money on it, like a full day in spa, a peace of jewelry, expensive restaurant, etc.

Love is all she needs. But you can get her a chain with a heart and put a note or tell her " wear my heart close to your heart." Or you can say "this is my heart, keep it close to yours always." good luck.
