So, I am young..under 20.
I have a small cheast, but for some reason one is bigger than the other. the bigger ones nipple is also larger. It's really noticable. Also the bigger one is hardish and kind of has a big lump in the center. It's really weirding me out. Please help me. I don't want to die young.

The details given by you are peculiar.
First of all at the young age of 20 years for getting Breast cancer the chances are very less and you need not worry.
Secondly there will be some size difference in the breasts but not to the extent you have explained. It will be very negligible.
So I feel you have some other problem and it has got to be assessed and treated by a doctor. Please there fore see your doctor immediately. Though i would say you should not worry of having Cancer, it need to be cleared by your doctor as we can not take chances with cancer. Please do not worry and ASAP see your doctor. -

It's not uncommon to have unequal breasts. If you are worried you should go in and see your Dr. You never want to ignore a lump in the breast. That definetely needs to be examined by a Dr. try to relax hun. Breast cancer is very rare in a 20 yr old.

most ladies breast is not equal in size, i don't know to what extent is your, but i think it's normal. anyway it's not necessary to be cancer, it could be non-cancerous tumour that's just happen to be there. the utmost important thing for you right now is to see a doctor and let the doctor determine if it's cancerous or not.
