I moved over 1500 miles this year,for a job. my parents helped me with the move, we drove to my new home, and they they took the plane back. do i get the tax deduction for the costs of driving and air fair?

Deductible moving expenses are cost of transporting goods and 1 trip for you.

Family member's plane fare doesn't count. Your stuff wasn't on the plane.

How many vehicles/trucks did you have? You may be able to claim 1 hotel room and mileage for each vehicle.

No, sorry. Their expenses aren't deductible, just yours. And the fact that you paid their expenses doesn't make them deductible for you.

Yes u get u'r money$$$ back especialy 4 millage x #of cars involved, a good accountant will know that & how 2 fix it.
