If your mother says dont swear at your father, but she curses at him all the time, would you listen and obey her? of course not because she is going against her own word. if she wants you to obey, she must oblige by the same rule.

God says do not judge one another, so why is he allowed to judge us and decide if we get into heaven? if we cannot judge eachother, he should not be allowed to judge us either. and if he cannot judge us, we all get to heaven since no one can say( not even GOD) i was a bad person.

the same principles apply here dont they?

The difference is: You are a creation of God. He knows you better than you know yourself. When he judges you he looks in your heart and knows everything about you. You cannot fool or lie to God.
If you end up in heaven you belong there.

Your reasoning is way off.

First of all, you dont let your children drive even though you can, and if I tell my child he or she cannot drive, but they see me do it all the time, then I must oblige by the same rule and not drive?

Before , you use all the age and law stuff, remember that as soon as you become your fathers wife, then maybe, just maybe you can use that reasoning,
\
But, you are the child and therefore must go by the rules set forth for you,. If you are not allowed to swear at your father while a child, then obey that rule, regardless of what others around you are doing.

But if you insist on swearing because someone else it, just make sure you jump off the next cliff that another jumps off, or go ahead and do drugs, because someone else around you is.

I really hope you get my point here, but if you dont, at least I tried.

For the same reason that when you're five years old, your mother won't let you drive the car. You aren't physically or mentally able to make the decisions required to safely operate a motor vehicle. Being an adult and more responsible, your mom is not held to the same standard. If you tried to steal the car, your mom would punish you.
God (as described in the Bible) is a loving father and creator. As an omnipotent force, God's knowledge, wisdom, power and capacity for love greatly exceed that of man.
Assuming that man and God are equals, your argument has merit; but by definition God and man are not equals.

No. The Lord is the CREATOR, you are the CREATEE, OR one he created. The servant is not above his Master, nor can you say you are his EQUAL for you have not created all that we SEE. As such, it is why we revere the Lord with RESPECT as to his position in life itself. Whether or not you wish to believe he created you "personally" (e.g. parents) he is still responsible for the cycle of human llife coming into existence henthforth, your birth. Just as a law officer has the right to arrest you when you do wrong the Lord has the right to judge a person he was responsible for in "his" creation. If YOU could create all he has created and become the BOSS of all things in existence, would you want to be TOLD you don't have the right to JUDGE what you see as right or wrong? Think about it.

God can read your mind and knows what is in your heart. No person has that ability, therefore no human has the right to judge another, because they can not know what the truth is on the inside. God can judge you because he truly knows you INSIDE OUT.
