I like to drink a lot. So I was wondering if there are some foods I should stay away from if I still drink the same amount. I drink about 50 cans a week.

Stay away from fast foods when you drink. I just seemed to stop eating as much as I used to and I drink a beer when I am hungry.

You may not like the answer, but eat right and work out and all of that jazz, and a case of light beer for the weekend...........that is about it. that still gives you a great health during the week and 12 beers per night on the weekend, rock out with your cock out

Hmm, that's hard b/c beer is so caloric... I'd say exercise more, obviously. Drinking makes losing weight hard as we tend to eat when we're drunk, so try to avoid late-night munchies too. Avoid the fried, drive-thru style food - all fat. Wine is less caloric, maybe you can slowly try to change your taste...
