They are in fact swollen lymph nodes. Mine get that way once in a while. Your body is fighting off a bug of some sort. You'll probably be fine, but if 1 or both get sore or painful, (and they can get very painful) go to the Dr. cause you'll need antibiotics.

They are lymph nodes. Sometimes they enlarge if you have an irritation to the scalp or have been scratching your head frequently.
