Declared or undeclared? There are the official nations (may not be all of them): USA, France, Great Britain, Russia, China, India, former parts of the Soviet Empire, etc
There are some that we know have them or it is believed they have them:
Israel, Pakistan, northern Korea, and likely others.

US, Russia, UK, France, China, India and Pakistan.
Israel has never officially confirmed that they have nuclear weapons, but most sources confirm that they do, they have also never denied the fact.
North Korea unfortunately joined the ranks a few years back, although it is still unclear how successful their tests were.
South Africa had a nuclear program back in the day but abandoned it due to international pressure.
